We should have pressed much earlier. Not a lot out about the visit so far. Gonna be a few weeks before we really know where we stand. The Texas hire will be hugein that regard. Word is that he has already committed to UF but we all know that means nothing. If Texas' hire makes a statement to Adams and his family I expect him to be a Longhorn. If not then OM and us havea legit shot

247 actually came out 2 weeks ago and said he has informed the staff of where he's going. It appears it's florida as of now

He used to be, he hasn't posted good recruiting info in awhile. I'm pretty sure he lost all his close sources.

not questioning this at all. heck memphis and redfield are good posters too. doesnt change the fact that they have been wrong on a few recruits. most recently hootie.

So why is he still taking visits and 2 to us? Not saying he is going one place or another but unlikely his mind is really made up. If he was committed to Florida already then he likely would have been there today to watch them play FSU. Just like last year with manziel, all the recruits want to see Winston play.

I'm wondering if he wanted LSU all along... just needed LSU to show that it wanted him. Any insight into this (confirmation or rebuttal) is welcome.
There could be reasons why he was slow played (other than a kid named Hootie). If LSU has the proper intel, then that does happen.
