Shaken because Les is gone? If that's the case, then we're gonna shock a lot of skill kids with our non-Les offense.

Practice against DBU and the SEC or against TCU's trash CBs. He is an idiot if he chooses TCU.

The Les effect has shaken the confidence of high end skill guys on offense.
This isn't on Les
This is on O

Not to be mean but NFL network doesn't care about TCU

Guys, a choice for TCU would clearly be made with the next level in mind:
Josh Doctson
Josh Boyce
Deante Gray
Jeremy Kerley
Colby Listenbee
Who wouldn't want to join that veritable "who's that" of NFL WRs that TCU has in the league right now

I think WR recruits really want to see this offense in action before deciding. The Les effect has shaken the confidence of high end skill guys on offense.
I keep seeing this posted
Does anyone really think lsu is going to throw the ball all over the place this year? So many factors pointing to the 2017 offense being very run heavy.

Who gives a shite. Only position I worry about LSU recruiting is QBs.

Okay coach, but I think what people are alluding to is a more diversified offense, which can still be run heavy but throwing on odd downs.

Very true. Everyone thinks we are gonna be throwing the ball all over the field just because Canada is the OC. That's crazy talk and it's not gonna happen. We have at best a game manager that will be starting at the QB position and until that position is upgraded you can't expect a ton of improvement in the passing game. It is what it is. Plus we have one of the best players in the country at the RB position and he will be the focal point of the offense this yr

What a mess. How about the kid just post something to twitter? TCU news doesn't belong on the NFL network anyway.
Why? This kid doesn't owe you anything. Let him commit when he wants and have his moment

I've got concerns already with any athlete that wants the spotlight this badly
Posted on 7/3/17 at 11:27 pm to LSUstephen17
You think he's the one that ordered the NFL Network to broadcast his commitment?
Is he drawing it out until signing day and putting 15 hats on the table?
Stupid comment

I don't expect them to throw it all over the place, but I do expect a more balanced approach and getting the WR's involved in plays other than 3 and long. Moreover, I believe it's more about how they're involved under the new system. I hope we have more short pass plays designed to put the receiver in space and let them work. Under Les, we threw on basically 3 and long and as a result, the plays were mainly low success rate plays. If I was a big time WR, I'd be waiting too to see what this new offense will look like. They're making a decision on where to play for the next 3-4 years; I'd be wanting all the info I could gather.

Ed O doesn't sign 4 stars only 3 stars. Probably still has a non-commitable offer until he fixes his star rating.

NFL Network screws up its foray into recruiting

Ja’Marr Chase, a highly regarded high school wide receiver in Louisiana, said over the weekend that he would announce his college choice on NFL Network. But he didn’t, thanks to a screwup by NFL Network.
When a higher-ranked recruit, Greg Emerson, said he too would like to make his college choice on NFL Network, the network gave air time to Emerson and bumped Chase’s announcement off the show.
Chase is understandably upset, and he has retweeted several tweets criticizing NFL Network for bumping him off its show. Chase still hasn’t announced publicly whether he’ll go to LSU or TCU, his top two options. He indicated that he’ll make an announcement later this week instead.
Whether it was a wise idea for NFL Network to get into the recruiting business in the first place is an open question. But if they’re going to do it, they shouldn’t have left a kid hanging on what was supposed to be one of the biggest days of his life.

If it's NFL aspirations, no comparison going to lsu over tcu. You have Odell, Jarvis, Randal, lafel, bowe, etc that have very good NFL career's due to the blocking they learn as well as db competition they go against. Lsu Wr's are love by NFL scouts and get the benefit of the doubt due to how they have transitioned.
