LSU sees him as a possible LB and he sees himself as a DB. The coaches asked him to wait so they could further evaluate him and he declined.

I’m actually really happy with Dakota Mitchell so far. Kid seems like he’s all LSU and Khari Gee looks like a great safety prospect with Delpit size this could be a really solid safety class. Plus you can basically add in Sage Ryan who can play any position on the field
