There are reasons out there why Davis COULD become an Aggie. It's not that far fetched that he would want to come with teammates he's close

Well by that logic isn't it just as likely Nelson comes to LSU in the end?

This is the main selling point from the A&M fanbase, but is there any proof that these guys are all a tightly-knit group? A lot of the time, people just assume that kids from the same high school will all end up in the same place, and it doesn't happen all that frequently.

I'm not disaggreing with most of the comments here. It's a long way to signing day and any number of our committments could change their mind. It happens. And about the playing with teammates comment, we don't really know what his motivation is for chosing a school. He might like the idea of playing with some of his high school teammates or he may not give a damn. It's just one of those things that people can speculate on.

He might also like to play on a team that actually has a chance to be in the spotlight. Just saying...

Really? And now Ahmad Dixon is going to visit A&M's camp instead of Auburn or LSU. This must be the most exciting news to hit College Station in some time.

Yeah, I would imagine a lot of these "breaking news" reports about Jeffcoat are as reliable as the posts on here saying that Jarvis Landry and Trovon Reed are not coming to LSU.

"he" replied too much. they were overly skeptical to begin with

also, good to see LSU buying players again

quote:

Reed is going to LSU. Seastrunk will follow. They are now going after Dixon. All three of them and stated they are going to get theirs.

The mentors were out in full force at the 7-7.
It makes me sick to see us now talking to Dixon and knowing who is behind the setup

very unusual that top notch guys (jeffcoat??, nelson) would select A&M over LSU, Texas, and Oklahoma. one reasonable answer is these guys want to start as freshman and put that over winning a national championship.

If A&M pulls it off, it could reinforce this kind of logic in the minds of sistrunk and reed.

lets hope not.

How exactly are all of these guys connected again? Are they all on Connor Wood's 7 on 7 team or something? Somehow this means that they are all dirty except for Wood

I didn't realize that Worldwide Wes was getting involved in football as well. That guy will be more powerful than the President in the next few years.
