I thought Young and Carter were lowest odds of best available players 2 weeks ago but Adoree seems to be moving away from LSU. I just think the youth, depth and talent at DB is going to be too much to sign Adoree. My feeling is Florida and Tennessee are battling for his services.

Speaks recommitting to Ole Miss could help us with Carter. Plus Alaka flipping from Texas to Texas AM gives us a real chance with Young.

I agree on UF, but Tennessee has no shot imo.

That makes no sense.

Yes we have RR21 and TW16

BUT.. Florida has a true freshman as well in VH3 who right now is the best of the three,

Plus.. they just enrolled 5* Jalen Tabor

Our depth charts are practically the same.

Can't we get Peterson to go be a guest speaker at his school or something?

He can do his speech in his Pro Bowl jersey

Why, might be his best shot of getting on the field next year?

Plus, their class is really good.

Dude, Speaks wouldn't have affected Carter. Carter is a beast. That said, Hill and Spears both signed.

Adoree going to play lots of offense next year and cb down the road. Will do honey badger role as well. We get him by offering offense too. He's as good a playmaker as speedy.

It's a recruiting board about 18 year old boys

You're way to serious about all this

Judging by your posts on this board and that terrible basketball thread, forgive me if I don't take your insight as the gospel.

All of this makes sense - Gardenia is only about 10 miles from USC's campus, so that makes sense as well.

However, I think that losing Speedy and Tony Brown gave us the best possible chance with Adoree - I also believe that Brandon Harris believes Adoree is coming to LSU - and to be an all purpose player, offense, defense, and returns, FWIW.

The two scenarios aren't mutually exclusive.

Actually, Cam Cameron is the only one who can give him confidence that he would have the opportunity to play on offense. He could specifically share how he might use him. That's a big plus, although not a guarantee, IMO.
