He didn't say Picket is locked in. He said the plans are still to sign with LSU and then left himself the usual out.
Solomon Thomas is up in the air, a few different insiders predict 3 different schools with low confidence.
USC is the expectation for Jahkeem.

Actually, he wasn’t. He shut down his recruitment prior to his visit here, but I don’t think he stated he was locked in with LSU. He informed the coaching staff during the weekend that he was reconsidering Texas. So the staff has been knowing he might flip, or even intended to, for a few days. Tha5s like,y why we are working on the Florida kid.

Classic recruiting insider talk: a bunch of vague statements with no real substance. ‘Locked in,’ ‘tracking to flip,’ and ‘liked the place they’re in’ basically just throwing darts and hoping something sticks. It’s all conjecture to keep their credibility afloat while telling fans what they want to hear. They don’t actually know anything, just another day in the recruiting rumor mill.
