There is a reason he turned over the paper right after he and his mom signed it. They didn't want people seeing it said LSU.

There is always a lot of misinformation that gets thrown around on signing day, but these parents/handlers aren't dumb. They know the leverage they have with great prospects and what big time college football programs are willing to...uh..."pay" to sign them. One the signed LOI is in, the leverage is gone for the most part. Might be holding the LOI just to confirm USC will come through on their promises. Or, one final squeeze play to get every last bit of juice out of the deal.

That wouldn't explain putting on a Gamecock hat after signing whatever it was that he signed, or retweeting FOX and other accounts that he signed with South Carolina.

It’s strange regardless of the outcome.
He committed on ESD to them but didn’t sign then.
He then takes an unofficial visit to LSU just before NSD.
He then “signs a LOI” with “South Carolina” but 2 hours later has not sent it in.
All of that is odd. Not saying he’s coming to LSU but it’s odd.
