Burnt some Meadows film

Damn, he’s fun. For being some tall, he moves very well on his lower half. While most guys this tall take a while to fill out, Measows is already a physical presence. The Mike Evans comparisons are easy.

I was thinking Plaxico Burress! That’s just me though, because I don’t like ag/elephant comparisons. Every time Evans is mentioned, I can’t help but thinking of what could have been with Rashad Robinson.

Special? Hmm.

Russell Shepard was good at LSU though not special I guess. Also not recruited as a receiver.

There were only a few OOS WRs I expected a lot out of. Dee Anderson was one, that did not turn out well. Jonathon Giles as well, but he was a transfer.

Thaddeus Moss as a Tight End was pretty darn good when he managed to stay healthy enough to get on the field. Mason Taylor has had some highlight moments at TE as well.

Other than that, not too many have come through here and made a splash. Yet

Definitely see those. I think he'll be what we wanted from Dee Anderson though. That kid ruined a great chance.

Was Dee Anderson from Desoto HS in Dallas? Can't remember off top of my head.

Who is the last receiver outside of LA to do anything special at LSU? Not a troll attempt or anything. Just a serious question

Terrence Toliver

Brandon LaFell

Dwayne Bowe

Richard Dickson

Demetrius Byrd

Jerel Myers

Only some of the best ever have come from OOS.

It’s been a minute though. Most recently in-state have been ballers, Chase, Jefferson, Odell, Landry, Malik, etc.

ETA: one would say we’re due for a big OOS WR
