If Kennedy commits soon He may not have a spot unless there’s a decommit

Texas bound I believe. But damn if LSU pulls him holy shite.

A very talented player on a powerhouse team.
Yes, it would be quite a haul for LSU to get a commitment from Dorbah.

I mean they've gotten to the point where you honestly have to ask where is he on their board, safety Jerrin Thompson too.

he'll come to the good guys when we beat them

We've never done well with Prince's

I try to be honest when I watch tape on a player, sometimes I see good things, sometimes not. With Prince I see a very good athlete but a player with a basketball mentality not a football mentality. There's a big difference. I played football growing up, not much basketball at all. I didn't really start getting into basketball until I was 21. I learned that I had more of a basketball mentality than a football mentality. Which kinda makes sense because my dad was an all-state basketball player for Walker back in '57. But I was a big fat kid growing up so I was forced to play football by default. Wasn't until I graduated HS, lost 110 pounds down to 190 before I got into basketball. I liked the contact in football, just was always afraid of hurting smaller kids growing up. And that isn't good for playing football. If Prince had a little more nasty to him, then I can see him in the P and G.

LSU needs to run Texas out of their own stadium this upcoming season. Will be a HUGE game for recruiting. Need to make Texas look soft.

He's one of five or so players who are heavy Texas leans right now, and who are clear takes for Texas. He doesn't really seem to be a priority for LSU anyway.

Vertical is more important for pass Rushers because it measures explosiveness.
You can have the fastest 40 time but it doesn't make you a great Buck/ B Backer

Broad jump measures explosiveness and body control.
Vertical is just testing lower body strength/leaping ability.

Depends on the type of QB you are facing. Sometimes we would get pressure on Hurts, then he would take off running and no one could chase him down.

You want someone to get in the backfield.
If you are looking for 4.5 guys to play the Buck position out of high school you won't find many.
Prince Dorbah has a decent vertical of 32 inches.
Not Jevon Kearse like but 32 inch vertical is a good number.
Each position you look for different numbers.
At his position shuffle speed, 3 cone drill and vertical are more important.
At the camps there wasn't an OT that could stop him.
He doesn't just have a great vertical he can move his body because he has a low center of gravity.
