At this point, SG is our biggest concern and need. I would take 2-3 this class if they are top 50 caliber. Davis is top 50 caliber.
You read that article and it makes it seem pretty clear he wants to be at UK but he hasn't received an offer. I could see him committing to an SEC school to try and persuade UK to give him an offer...

This is great. We've got three comparable quality big guards we're going after. I'd be very happy if we just got one of Blakeney, Sampson or Davis. I hope we can sign 2.

They're different players. He's more similar to Blakeney imo. Possible back-up in case he commits to Louisville?

I think Davis would fit pretty well in a PG role. More than Sampson and Blakeney at least. All three are score first guards. Really, we might not need a PG in this class. We'll just use Ben as our primary ball handler. Kid passes better than 90% of college point guards anyway.

We have 0 SG's after Hornsby and he will only have 1 year with the 2015 recruiting class. I don't think Davis is a 1ndone type. Maybe Blakeney. I think we need to get as many of these guys as possible for the future of the program.

So we'll take two. I'm fine with either outcome, but after watching Davis's highlights I just prefer him over Sampson. Brandon is great, but Davis is elite.

the kid can ball, but nothing in that video shows that he is better than BSampson
