It’s not just about the NIL deals with the Houston's and the Feasters. I grew up with both of their fathers; they just want to feel appreciated. LSU was heavily pursuing Jase, when in my opinion, they should have been focusing on Boobie instead, as he wanted to be a Tiger—his father even quoted this. Houston wanted to be a Tiger too, which is why he committed, even though Oklahoma and USC were offering better NIL deals than LSU.

Hopefully he hits a growth spurt and can get to 6 feet. I’m assuming he’s 5’8-9” or so if they’re saying 5’10.
Im 5'10....last year in the playoffs standing by him as they left the field, he seemed shorter. This summer he seemed taller than me, my son i 5'11' and next to each other they looked really the same. Pop is more slender so in that moment he looked a smidge taller. He doesnt seem small when on the field with HS kids. College may be different by a good bit.

He does.

This guy is the truth and really (as mentioned here) what you want in a college QB. He will be an early enrollee and he will push for that job.

Even better news, Kelly and Duron seem to get along well. They got to know each other when Reliford was being recruited. Evangel is loaded every year so thats a nice connection.

Use to go to a lot of evangel games during their run. Brock Berlin was the best highschool QB I ever saw. And I went to a lot of Florida highschool games. Saw tommie Frazier play. Would have thought he was a sure thing but fizzled out. A lot of LSU fans were pissed he went to Florida.

I'm more excited about Houston than most commits the past 5 years. His video is ridiculous.

Looks so polished already.

Looks electric. Strong arm, mobile and got some good moves in the open field to make defenders look bad.
