I'd like to see the list with all 3 stars we got. It looks like 2-4 3 stars a year work out and the rest don't. Would be interesting to see the % that contribute.

The % is actually pretty high because we honestly don't sign a lot of 2-3 star players. The bulk of our classes are the 14-16 4 star guys we get every year. The class gets rounded out by 5's & 3's.

We've always signed 3 stars every damn year. I can't understand why all of this stupid obsession this year because we are still signing 3 stars in 2017. Get over it people, we always signed threes stars. It means nothing other than they are a little less polished than 4 and 5 stars, but they can become just as polished after about a year in the program.

What he said, plus the 3 stars we sign are usually not getting much exposure or camp as much and are underrated anyway. We're picking up 3 stars they see talent in. Not just random 3 stars.

Somebody needs to have a drink and relax. It's just a discussion. If you don't like the topic then stay out of it.

Delvin never saw the field because he wasn't medically cleared to play. He did attend classes at LSU and was some sort of trainer for the team I believe.

Between Atlanta and Green Bay the NFC Champ game teams, their starting O and D consists of 2 5-stars (Julio Jones and Clinton-Dix), 8 4-star players, 19 3-star and 15 players that were 2 star or less.

So, what you're saying is, that 5 stars have a higher percentage of their cohort who are starting in the NFL. That's pretty much what we have been saying. And it's not really close. The next highest percentage wise is 4stars, and the 5 stars are 2X their rate.

To expand on this a bit, in the time frame given in the OP, we had 125 3 star or lower guys that we signed. An average of over 11 per year.
