Swinson and Lee could also wind up being solid contributors. You just never know what the effect of coaching, team culture and competition can have on a player at a new school.

I don't know a lot about Shand I originally thought he might be depth but after reading some stuff on him at Arizona sounds like he'll be a legit rotation arguably in a starting position especially if anyone goes down. Interested to see if they approach another bigger DL like him.

I don't think Shand is getting enough credit for what he could bring to the table. He could be another Maason Smith. He has some room to put on the extra pounds without sacrificing the twitch. If you have 2 Maason Smiths on the field, with some depth to spell them, and Perkins running around...that's not fun for offenses.
ETA: If you're not familiar with Shand, he's a Canadian. Started playing football as a junior in high school after being more of a soccer & basketball guy. 6'5, 250ish, well built like a LB. Very well spoken, and studies football.

The drop in ranking doesn’t make much sense if the player hasn’t played much.

I don’t know much about Swinson but I think Lee is going to surprise a lot of people around here.
