Out of curiosity, what does 247 have to go off of? These boys have all been stripped of spring practice, camps and recruiting visits (whether official or un).

The party line, which is always "a closer evaluation of film, reviewing camps of those we did see and talking with our network of scouts, hs and college coaches". So essentially nothing they didn't already have other than new offers so my guess is in reality it's about offers. Really all that's changed.
