LSU just had the universally accepted best WR in college. And that wasn’t even the one who was drafted in the 1st round of the ‘20 draft or the 5* WR who signed the same year as the Bednarik winner. Shite, the TE LSU has coming this year is ranked higher than all of those WRs listed on Both teams!

And btw, a better indicator of “talent development” is how highly lower ranked players get drafted, not the 5*s who would have gone in the first round regardless of which school they go to. That’s pretty easy to understand.

No, it isn't. LSU just won the SEC and national championships, went undefeated , won both playoff games by wide margins,has an electrifying defense, practice facilities and player lounge second to none, a great fan base, record setting NFL drat numbers and an electrifying offense.Based upon the current status no one can top this. Some may come close, BAMA, Clemson, , Georgia, Oklahoma for starters but LSU beat them all on the field.

It may not always play out this way but in 2021 there will be three open wide receiver spots so incoming freshmen will have a great chance to earn a spot in the regular rotation.

I also stated if that is not enough to keep a Louisiana recruit home to play before over 100,000 fans and his family then wish him well as he leaves. Someone equally good will take his spot and have a great career.

I'll tell you one of several potential reasons. He's seen what Bama has had at the WR position the past couple of years, seen that they are losing the other two of the 4 horsemen after this year, and have zero rising star players at WR.

Competition at LSU is ridiculous now. Way more quality wideouts and targets in general. You can bank on them pushing the idea that he's the next Julio.

It seems like, besides just wanting to leave the state or otherwise having some affinity for the Tide, Louisiana players should sign with the good guys over Bama considering LSU is clearly trending regarding the chance to play for a Championship.

Hopefully LSU will begin a consistent run into the CFP and alleviate all doubt that LSU is the best team for hometown kids to be able to stay home and play for Championships, develop their skills, and make millions in the league.

Hearing BT may be getting a highly touted RB as a teammate in the Fall.
