The idea is that it’s against the spirit of the draft to select players who have played significant time in college and are known commodities.

You can’t compare a guy who plays a few snaps as a freshman then goes to JUCO to a guy who has played 3 seasons and is simply changing colleges. We can’t just start drafting simple transfers.
