Well at least I know there was no chance he was gonna make it to me. Grant and Bubba just sounded like a great pair of safeties lol

jembeurt selects D.J. Johnson, DE Miami U.
After having multiple players swiped from me this round, I'm going to take a chance with Johnson. 11 months ago, he hardly had any offers. He signed with Miami U after having over 100 offers from all the major colleges. He'll need to learn some pass rushing moves and technique, but if that many schools wanted him, I do too. He had a couple of sacks in the Under Armour game, and was versatile enough to play both DE and DT in the game.

Now that I live in Oklahoma I kind of like taking guys from here. So I'm taking the #1 player from the state, CB Justin Broiles. The Sooners basically have an empty depth chart at CB, with only one from the two-deep returning. That guy is leaving next year. So Broiles is poised to start for 3 or 4 years.
Second, I'm taking Jake Lawler, a DE who's going to UNC. According to Jake, he will play with intensity - that sounds pretty good. According to some sites, he's the #1 player in north Carolina. He's also one of those recruit recruiters - Fedora said he was why several others joined the 2017 UNC class. I like guys like that. He has a good chance of early playing time also.

Broiles this late is criminal. That kid is going to start for three seasons for Oklahoma. Great pick. I was debating between him, Draper, and Chris Allen. Oklahoma's class was pretty good. Imagine if LSU hadn't gone in and grabbed Phillips and Taylor from them.

jembeurt selects Earnest Brown IV, DE Northwestern
My attempt at getting a saferty was thwarted again so I'm simply going to select someone with a ton of upside here. Going to a school like Northwestern should enable him to use his athleticsm to get on the field faster. After he learns more rushing techniques, he should be a multi-year starter.

Brad Stewart, CB. Florida.
Will play really early and has a crazy good offer list. LSU was just a little too late, IMO
