Colby copeland underrated
I agree Copeland was underrated. However, I think Harris is better.

Lurker here. Have to say that I saw this kid play against Byrd in Shreveport and was blown away. Very accurate deep ball with nice touch. Great wheels also but was always looking to throw first. Very impressive player.

Colby Copeland, the former Parkway QB, was the best high school QB I have ever seen in person. The most underrated player to come out of the state in a long long time.

I only saw Colby play twice, but I'd take Dak Prescott over Copeland from what I saw out of the both of them. Dak is a hoss and was a helluva passer in HS.

Does anyone know anything about CJ Morgan from Parkway? I saw he was at Junior Day. I am friends with a family member on FB and saw pictures of him touring the facilities. I have zero idea if he is any good or even what position he plays.

I have tons of info on CJ. He played for me he's a freshman. Good speed. Great kid. Will end up at WR or CB. I think he will be a great player. He has the best hands of any kid I've seen at his age. He also runs great routes. He also ran a 54 second 400 as an 8th grader.

I watched every Parkway game on my nephews hudl account and came up with Brandon's stats. 158 completions on 306 attempts for 2673 yards and 26 TD's. If my math's right that is a 52% completion percentage. His receivers dropped 29 easy completions. He throws the ball deep a lot and has a cannon for an arm. He can easily throw it 70 yards. I'm excited for next season to start. Should be a good one for Parkway!

If LSU offers, Harris will commit...No doubt! Got him invited to the Rivals Under Armour Camp and the NFTC this summer. His stock will continue to rise. LINK

Seems like they will offer based on Cam's bold statement

He's not the most polished looking blue-chip QB, but you can see the potential when he throws the deep ball... (And the athleticism of course.) He would be a very good project to have a year behind Jennings and Rettig. I can see why Miles and Cam might put the full court press to get him, he would be the perfect QB to get in the upcoming class.

He's the exact same as Jerrad Randall (sp) who was a four star. He's a great kid we did 7 on 7 with them last summer and it was impressive, but more so with pads on b/c of his threat to run.

So I guess there's not a lot of film on some of the shorter 5-10 yard routes to show any kind of pinpoint touch and accuracy? Either way, it seems there is potential here.

Even though Harris did not grow up an LSU fan, he was honored and very excited with his visit with Miles. I'm excited for the kid, to see his process play out. Miles was mobbed by students for pictures!

Question- In North LA at least 65% of kids grow up LSU fans, and in South LA the number is higher. Why do you not see more early commits? If I grew up a diehard Tiger fan I would commit early so I could have a less stressful senior year of football. I know if your a skill player you have to look at scheme. The only activity I would be doing would be trying to get more recruits to LSU. I know it is a big decision though.

Watch the movie He Got Game and you will understand why all these kids take as many trips as they can.
