He is a sack machine. The only tackle i saw that wasn't behind the LOS he ran down the RB from behind. 3.0 GPA.

with the numbers do tight and this class having the potential to be a 2-3 championship class why take flyers or projects?

Yeah, we should worry about this because accepting a commitment from an OOS kid 10 months before signing day definitely means he's a project.
Not every kid gets evaluated starting their freshman year. He may not get his appropriate rating until after the summer or during his senior season.

if he is a lb then its a BIG surprise to me that we take 3 lb (incl. young) this early. it seems we would leave one spot open and look for a superstar talent (not saying it would have to be rhaheed's spot) just like at basically all other positions. wr, ol, dl, cb, safety we are going after SUPERSTAR players. at lb it looks like we would be taking three good/very good players but not the kind of talent we are looking at for other positions. kind of early to do that IF rhaheed is a lb.

he is a LB right now
good speed and burst, but no real video of him engagaging and shedding any real blocking of substance. a couple on some runs, but most of those were to the outside. want to see him engage more on the inside and make moves towards the interior of the line to wrap up
need coaching on pass rush technique and switching it up, but the athleticism is there

just saying, most people (including quotes from some coaches)expect a exceptional year for 2014 recruiting. just because we have some starters who weren't SUPERSTARS doesn't mean we can't improve at various positions. to me, it seems early to have all lb spots taken up.
