Wife's school still doesn't have power in Old Metairie

she has to report to clean the room up but no kids.

The radio said earlier 24 schools in Jefferson parish don't have power.

Is this which one the OP is referencing? My kids go there. The church got power on Saturday evening, so I'm suprised to hear this.

St. Catherine, like alot of schools, had a teacher work shop scheduled for tomorrow, but as of last Thursday they were not going to give in and ask kids to come back on this day even as the work shop was cancelled.

I saw three women in Old Metairie talking to a lineman from Entergy this afternoon. They were good looking, but I'm guessing he wasn't enjoying himself all that much.
