Does Guste Island have any full time residents in the back area by the lake, or are there just condos?

On Lafayette near the lake and still have power. Flickers on and off every now and then. Lake water is rolling in but not at Monroe.

I doubt it will reach that far back (lake water, that is).
Looking real nasty outside now though. I just checked out the radar for the next 6 hours though... doesn't look pretty. The "yellow" starts to materialize over Mandeville around 3:30 and remains until at least 8.

I was at port Louis yesterday. Tons of people were still there. Shits getting real in madisonville
