fire sprinkler, fire ext, and fire alarm. i dunno if they finally paid or not but it was over a year last i checked. they called and i told them cash up front for the old ones and the new one and i never heard back.

No it all works but state law says they have to have an inspection every year and they never pay for it.
Sprinkler system is in the closet on the back right corner on outside. Don't remember where the fire alarm is. It all works just gotta get it inspected and they never pay.
