Appears from the gauge readings that the Tickfaw will reach record high levels. I'm going to be dealing with a Hell of a mess.

Worse than Lili and Isadore which hit within 2 weeks or less of each other? I remember the Mandeville lakefront was totally wiped out. Some buildings were swept away entirely only to be swept away in Katrina again.
