You don't want me driving a boat 
I can pull one with my truck but you don't want me driving one unless were in open water.
I'm assuming they are both aluminum boats?

i havent heard from my parents since 5:30..pretty sure they are fine
but I havent been able to contact them to see if they were able to get my dogs. They water had not reached our house by 5:30 but I know it has been rising ever since, and it was too high to get back into the subdivision
If i Don't hear from them by early morning I am going to try to get to the dogs, but I am in Luling and don't know if there is a way to get to St Andrews

Yes both are aluminum and one has a surface drive, the other a 20hp tiller handle.

I'm willing to help, actually know a few ppl who have been rescuing ppl in a go devil all evening in Laplace, if u need someone to pull another boat and help out let me know...thought about bringing my bass boat down there but I think it's too big, plenty boating experience here...tlt8402@gmail.com

Any chance this flooding in LaPlace is partially due to the levee upgrades in other places around the Nola Metro areas? That extra water contained has to go somewhere.

I'm still trying to find out if our office will open tomorrow. I don't think we will, but I'll find out for sure in the AM. Pretty sure AGP has your number, we'll give you a call if we go help out.
