Anyone know what the situation is over there. Worried about those southern levees failing.

my parents are in Algiers, and i talked to them about 2 hours ago and just lots of wind and sideways rain. nothing too bad yet, but the worst is yet to come.

i got family in algiers and english turn. just worried about storm surge from the south. those levees really have never been tested.

No flooding here, im just north of the front gate of the Navy base.
