Downtown BR is fine. Power is on and no flooding at all. I just drove down river road and there was no flooding at all.

There is still power down town and I haven't seen any flooding. I've seen windows blown out of a couple of buildings but that is the worst wind damage I've seen. No visible signs of looting, although I did see one guy riding a bike in the middle of the hurricane which was suspicious. Other than that it is basically a ghost town. DT BR is holding up well so far from what I've seen.

Power is out through out the downtown area. There are no issues with flooding or high water.

Riding out the next few hours in the River Center east parking garage.

It's virtually impossible for downtown BR to flood.

The CBD downtown has underground power lines so electricity is on there. Not sure how Spanish Town or Beauregard Town is doing though.
