I’ve had both Zoysia is the easy winner.
Much easier to maintain and feels better to walk on.
St Aug is like dating a high maintenance woman, it’s only rarely worth the trouble.

Is there an easy/cheap way of transitioning from St. Aug to Zoysia? I have a small yard. if I plug in some Zoysia, will it take over? Or do I need to do a whole dig out of the St. Aug and replant with Zoysia?
