Just throw in a ztr mower. Homebuyers are suckers for ztr’s. It’s a hell of a lot cheaper than replacing AC’s or roof.

This is extremely disappointing, but I think these folks just found something they liked better. They are buying an older house that was priced accordingly, so they shouldn’t expect everything to be new. Real estate folks want the house to be worth more because they work on commission.
I wouldn’t replace either one of those items.
