Where to get 34" pre-hung interior doors? 6-panel preferably. In Baton Rouge.

So I have three doors in my home that have 36 inch rough openings which means they need 34 inch wide doors. Apparently this is a very uncommon size because Lowes and HD do not keep the pre-hung versions in-stock. (I'm lazy) HD has some solid-core 34 inch doors online for >$300 ea. that are a different style.

Menards carries exactly what I need but they're pretty far away and shipping is $250 so I was wondering if any other places might have these? I checked Stine's as well.

They can’t order for you? Stines can, so I would assume Lowe’s or HD could get them for you. Could also try Holmes Building Supply.

There’s another place in Walker called “Tri-Parish Doors” that may have them in stock. I assume there’s similar places in BR.

Call Michael at State Lumber on Highland Rd. He’ll have them for you in a few days.

you can always add a 1x4 to each side of the opening and close it in to make the opening receive a 32" door. 34" will more than likely be special order from anyone in town and take 3-4 weeks, along with being twice as expensive. you'll be able to find a 2868 6 panel door unit anywhere in town and move along with what you are doing. lead times will potentially be longer considering we are in the middle of the holidays.
