Wall mount garage door opener

Has anybody installed, used these? Any impressions. It looks pretty handy, but I worry a little about the reliability of the cable tension detector.

I have the lift master 8500 version but similar I assume. No issues with mine. Super quiet. 1 year in.
My sister has them at her house which is probably 7-10 years old and recommended them when we built last year.

I've seen similar in commercial applications for years. Probably at least as reliable as conventional setups. I've installed four Chamberlain 1.25HP belt-drive openers in the last few months, pretty much any of their products are solid if installed well.

we installed them in our house. super quiet. no complaints so far (granted we havent even moved in yet). came highly recommended by our builder.

100% regret not going with one when we changed out our doors and openers a couple of years ago.

Also have the lift master on both garage doors and it works great so far
