Looking for some recommendations in the BR area. I need about 5000 sq ft of my yard scraped and tree roots removed, then have it properly graded and leveled to prep for sod install.

Probably. Actually wanna do the back. The wife has been nagging me about how bad the back yard is. Thinking about completely clearing it, regrading, and sodding either zoysia or bermuda.

So I’ll have em scrape and regrade half of the front while they are at it and I’ll just reseed that part myself

How much are you expecting to pay?

I’m starting to question if this is the route I should go. I have done major renovations to interior and exterior. If all in regrade and sod is actually less than $10k, may be a better investment for me than fighting with the different types of grass and sun I have at my place

My front yard is super compact and at aug won’t fill gaps and invites weeds each year. Biggest area of grass, it’s edged with steel within my driveway so maybe I just do it there. Curious to hear about how much that would cost. Probably 5k sqft.
