I want to say Lion's Mane but somethings seems off. Don't take my word for it. Some closer pictures of the underside would be helpful.

Where are you located? I've recently begun foraging for wild mushrooms and would love to find a Lion's Mane. I saw a video of a guy cooking one in a cast iron skillet and he kept flattening it down on top with another skillet until it was about 1" thick, then cut it up like a steak. It looked delicious.

I've been on an Oyster Mushroom kick lately until the other night my wife said she's "sick of eating fricking mushrooms"

They're delicious. I've only found a few. I found this one a couple of weeks ago.

It could also be a Bear's Head which is in the same family.
