Tree House Siding Help

I need some suggestions for the siding of a tree house I am building for my 8 year-old.
Nice platform (10' X 12') up high (12-14 feet) on tree bolts.
Would like to spend $300-400.
Just want something kind of decent to put on the wood frame.
I lack carpenter skills, and would love a link if you offer a suggestion.
I thank you in advance, much.

I'd opt for sheets of T-111. Goes up quick----if framing is properly spaced to accept 4 x 8 sheets.
Only problem is you'd need 2 people to do this safely that high off the ground, but very doable.

You could use wooden fence pickets
