traveling over the road with a 7-8ft plumeria in a planter - suggestions

any tips on how to travel with this plant with out damaging it while driving 50-60 mph.

wrap the leaves part with a sheet to prevent wind from damaging them?

Wrap it with a tarp/sheet. Lay it down in the bed of your truck or a trailer. If using the bed of a truck, keep tailgate down. Propping it up against a raised tailgate can damage the tree.

It will be extremely dry when you get there. Water it right away at you get to where you are going.
