Front left tire came off the rim. It’s loosely just spinning around. No sign of an inner tube.

Just air it up with the compressor?

Yes if you can.

May have to jack it up first or put a belt around tire to make it seat/seal.

I have had it happen a lot. Very hard to air back up. I would suggest putting in a tube so it doesn’t happen again.

Ratchet strap will help seat the tire bead. I have heard of people filling the tire with expanding foam after the tire coming off the rim multiple times. Never tried it but youtube will show you how.

This. I've had to do it once. It's still a PITA, though.
