Termite/pest control company recommendations?

What companies are ya'll using? Initial price, monthly price? Local or big name? Looking for new service in Baton Rouge area, 4500 sqft two story home. TIA.

I bought a Sentricon system last year. Cost about $700 and about $300 annually to renew. Seems like the bait stations are preferable to trenching around the house and applying liquid. Dugas pest control.

While I have been very happy with Dugas for my other pest control needs, they are incredibly overpriced for termites. I had them out not long ago for a quote for trench and bait stations and he quoted me at $9/sq ft. That’s about 3x more than most other places. Dugas for termites would be a hard pass for me.

Good to know about dugas. We were going to look into them.
Right now with Orkin as they could get out today. But not tied to them.

Fox sounded a little too salesy when I called them
I had Arceneaux come out last week and they were good. No complaints, prices were better than some of the others I quoted.
