Suggestions to remove Mold or similar on pool tiles

I have two areas on my pool tiles that have these black mold looking spots. I have sprayed with vinegar and scrubbed and dipped brush in muriatic acid and scrubbed to no avail. Any ideas how I can get this off? Pool is less than 1 year old and looks like it is in the areas where the jets may push some water up a little on these areas. Thanks

Chlorine (let dwell) + brush

I apologize for being blunt but I don’t believe that you used a decent pressure washer and scrubbed bleach and neither worked on a pool that’s under a year old. Are you sure it’s surface mold then? Normally something like a pressure washer would take that off easily. With it being around a pool I’d ask a pool company so as to not throw off your pool chemicals/ mix them.

Is it on the surface? Are the tiles absorbing the liquid or delaminating? Hard to tell from the photo.

Thanks for this suggestion. Saw where a guy online took a chlorine tablet and rubbed on water line and let sit and then scrubbed off and seemed to work. Gonna give it a go today. Yes, it appears to be a surface stain and I test and adjust chemicals weekly to keep everything in balance.
