Is there a used restaurant equipment place in BR ?
Have not been able to find
Most of the online new ones are really cheap quality

Dunno about used, but you can easily buy brand new from Restaurant Depot or Ducotes or BR Restaurant Supply.

Not sure where you are located, but the louisiana state department has an auction in Baton Rouge monthly and sometimes they pop up. You can review the auction catalogue online prior to the auction.
