Or maybe someone can help me out here.
Newish Toro mower w/ Briggs motor. Rolled over a pile of vines I had laying in my yard that I pulled out of my bushes. Motor died so I got under there and pulled it all out. Blade won't turn with hand, and cord wont pull at all.
Took off the flywheel to see if maybe the key was broke, but it was not.
Took off spark plug to see if it was maybe hydro locked, but it was not.
Nothing seems to be visibly broken, so I'm a little perplexed at what the issue is, and I don't have a ton of experience with lawnmower service.

Eagle mobile lawnmower repair in Central. They can come to you if you want to wait, or you can bring it to them

if you are 100% certain nothing is still wrapped around the crankshaft under there locking it up, if so, and it wont turn, the engine is history.
you may have bent the crankshaft or maybe a push rod, unfortunately it sounds like it might be toast.
if you can force it to turn, try turning the blade backwards about 8-9 rotations and see if that frees anything up, at the very least it should allow the pull rope to do a little bit of moving. there is no reason the blade should ever not be able to be turned by hand
