I know a excellent guy in Shenandoah but he's retired and has turned down jobs before. You can ask the guys at Shenandiah hardware for recommendations. They sell bagged concrete and knows the local maintenance guys.

I just added on to my driveway. Had my brother in law mix a yard of concrete and I finished it. Looked great when I was done. I've been a helper on several pours so I had a idea of what needed to be done and had all the tools to do it correctly
