Secondary AC drain line in soffit - cover options

I've got a secondary drain line in my soffit that just drips straight down and is beginning to erode the soil below as the overflow has increased with the heat.
While I will make sure the main drain line is clear to minimize this overflow, are there any other options for a drain cap that will break up the stream, either to diffuse the moisture or collect it to evaporate?
The current line is just PVC pointing down and is pretty ugly, I'm waiting to hear back from the AC guy on options. I'm thinking something that is flush mounted to the soffit and resembles a vent cover for a bathroom fan.

Mines in the soffit. It would only drain if the pan overflows into the lower pan. I would think it should stay dry unless you had a blockage. Can you replumb it some sort of way?

put one of those gutter concrete bases under it.
Does that make sense?

Shouldn't be dripping unless the main drain is plugged. You should check it out.

this ^^^^^^^
its suposed to be dry all the time
assuming you have issues then just ad connections to run it against and down the wall then drop a 12x12 concrete paver there for it to drip on buried level to the ground enough to avoid the lawnmower
