rust stains on my patio concrete

I would try a product called Whink. Comes in a copper bottle with white lettering. There are also rust removers in Lowe's or HD.

+1 for Whink. Also good results with CLR.

I use muriatic acid on rust stains around my pool. My deck is Travertine and it works great. Pour a little on rust spot, it foams up, when it stops foaming in 15-20 seconds, I spray it with the hose. No rust stain. Get some and test an area out of the way.
