Location?
You pay a bunch for the name and the advertisement.
If in Louisiana, you can get a thermal break window. But much of that is overkill. Just my opinion.
Let me know if you need more information.

In Louisiana. Assumed that they weren't cheap due to name, but they do traditionally have a good product. Currently have construction grade windows and a few of the double panes are compromised so just starting to research total replacement or just replacing the sashes that are compromised.

We used them for a 6' sliding glass door in a walkout finished basement. Not going to be the cheapest, but they did an excellent job trimming out the return casement.

This replaced a Pella door installed by HD contractors. That door was never right and started falling apart.

A buddy in the construction business said that Window World is same quality but much cheaper. They are DFW based though so not sure if they have a Louisiana operation.

Could you narrow it down, within 100 miles?

I had a company at one time that would replace just the double pane sections. If they have the cross sections in them, just do a one over one.

Years ago Quality Metal would measure, replace the double pane. I built a house in 1992, was there yesterday. Only one of the seals broke in that house. Only one was replaced
