Is there a way to do this without stripping the stained concrete seal?

Lots of little spills as it was used as a studio for an artist.

Muriatic acid will take it right off but you would lose the seal. No chance you would want to apply something to stain/re-seal it?

I don't want to try to match the stain but I would think re sealing it would be an option if it does not take the stain off

Gently with light steel wool and water. Aerosal paint stripper and the soft steel wool may also help you

Try hot or boiling water and a scraper. If it is splatter it may soften it enough to turn loose and scrape off.

I’ve had spar varnish on my patio for a year and can’t find anything to get it off. I’ve tried all sort of paint thinners, alcohol, etc
