how expensive it is to relocate a toilet?
Are you on a first floor with a crawlspace or slab?
A crawlspace move can done somewhat easily, a slab move, you're ripping up concrete.
A second floor move could be feasible, depending on what's below on the first floor

First floor, pier & beam with crawlspace, but I googled it and it still seems a pretty expensive pain in the arse, even being pier and beam. Toilet is probably staying where it is

Is this the master bath? If so, definitely do it right and don’t spare any expense. It would be a major hinderance to buyers as is and certainly add value done right.
If it’s a 2nd bath, I’d strongly consider the wet bath model as said above. Have a good vent fan and the room is small enough to not need a shower curtain or shower door to keep the room warm. Tile the entire room up the walls to a certain point. I’d probabky do this myself if it’s the master also.

5 x 8 guest bathroom I want to update.
if you've got 5 just go with a 60x30 tub/shower combo, toilet sink. easy. You can always use a pocket or barn door to avoid taking up room space.
for the 4 x 9' Master I'd do a 4x3 shower with sliding glass door and probably add body sprays/rainfall/handheld to compensate for no tub and work the rest of the space for toilet & sink.
Using lighter grays/marble/faux marble product will give illusion of more space as well.
Good luck
