Refrigerator/Freezer won’t cool…

Compressor is running essentially constantly and hot.
Evaporator coils are clean and thermostat is operational.
What are my options to diagnosis and fix that aren’t the cost of a new fridge?

Could be a fan

Could were dirty but I cleaned them.
The fan runs constantly as well.
