Randy Lemmon schedule for centipede

This is a spinoff of the other lawn maintenance thread, but I didn't want to hijack.
I checked out Randy Lemmon's lawncare schedule, but noticed that he doesn't really say much about its applicability to centipede grass. I've read that centipede grass doesn't take to fertilization as much and has different requirements than other southern grasses. Do any of y'all have centipede grass and use Lemmon's schedule?
Thanks.

I have centipede and basically follow this calendar schedule Centipede Lawn Calendar - AL except I will fertilize in April (Baton Rouge) (vs May), usually after I’ve cut the grass (not weeds) twice. And centipede needs much less nitrogen fertilizer than other southern grasses. A low phosphorus lawn fertilizer is also recommended.

Centipede is easy. 15-0-15 Fertilizer in spring and fall.
