When I put the red lead on a screw and the black on the ground stick, I get readings of 125 on each screw. When I put the red lead on the screw incoming to the motor and the ground with the black, I get zero.

There are actually three wires coming out. Two of them register 125 the other registers zero.

Does it have relays you can change out like in a car?

You should also hear it click when power is put to it. Check power coming out when your pump is supposed to be on.

That is what mine look like. I am gonna try to get someone out. Depending on how long it will take will determine how much more work I want to do.

Maybe change the backup little coin battery it has for the system time?
Power may have gone out for a bit and the battery was dead.
