This may be too much to ask, but what about a

-Fast growing
-Short growing (no bigger than say, 15' tall)
-Nice looking
-Little to no pruning necessary

privacy type of tree that I could plant near the fence line of my neighbor. I have a rear/side porch that overlooks (had to build high after the flood) his rear porch.

Any luck checking all those boxes?

I'm going to try and get a property sketch done and post it to show what I'm looking at.

Not sure if you’re familiar with crape myrtles, but I have them on both corners of my house and I am about to have a crape murder. The one hanging over my driveway drives me insane with the staining it has done to my concrete. Between the leaves it’s dropping now, the flowers it just dropped, and the pods it wears me out. I blow my driveway at least once a week and it still has my concrete looking like a hot mess.

Just had a myrtle removed, was tired of the flower petals dropping on my truck. Figured long term it would probably damage the paint.

for those asking about trees/large bushes for corners of the house...

when I bought my first house there was a pineapple guava planted by the front corners. grow relatively tall (kept them trimmed around 6ft) and get very bushy. produce unique flowers and the fruit is excellent

very easy to maintain and don't need much nurturing at all. I may have watered/fertilized them a handful of times the 5 years I lived there

Perhaps one of holly’s like oak leaf or Oakland holly? Pyramidal “Christmas Tree” shape, that naturally take that form with little pruning/maintenance. Don’t know if those are considered as fast or medium rate growers.
