Most people do a half rate for first app, so .05oz per 1000 sounds right for st aug.

Don't do what I did go full send on the first application after knocking down a few beers earlier. Good thing I'm heading on vacation for a week, by the time I get back I might actually have something to mow.

For those that have smaller lawns or just want to give PGR a try, I've never seen Primo Maxx so cheap.

4 oz will keep me regulated for most of the growing season, if not the whole season.

Yesterday, I sprayed .4 oz on Centipede and St. Aug. I had a bit left in the tank after treating the bermuda.

We'll see if it kills it. I think the recommended rate for St Aug is around .15 oz.

Oh wow, I'm quite shocked to see that the recommended Centipede rate is .5 oz. This could be a good way of eliminating St. Aug in a Centipede lawn.

will it eliminate St. Aug in a Bermuda lawn, though?

I don't see why it wouldn't. Just start at .2 oz per thousand and keep going higher every two weeks.
If you decide to do it, let us know what happens!

Excessive PGRs can disrupt the natural growth processes of the grass, resulting in stunted, excessively short, or even dead grass blades. Discoloration, such as yellowing or browning, can also occur due to the stress on the plant.

Eh, I doubt. I have a small section of st aug in some shade slowly overtaking the bermuda and the tnex doesn't kill it by any means.

Do you not get a huge rebound after about 20 days?
Have you worked up to the .38 rate for Tifway?

Does this look like PGR bronzing?
Applied at .4 a few days ago.

It will start to grow a little faster after week 3 but still cut at 3-4 days. I normally cut every other day. I am up to .38
